Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated June 23, 2026

Postd helps you show up online in a way you can be proud of. These are the simple ground rules that keep it safe and trustworthy for everyone. They apply to everything you create and publish with Postd.

Be honest and respectful

Do not use Postd to create or publish content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, or bullies anyone.
  • Promotes hate or violence against people or groups.
  • Is sexual content involving minors, or exploits or endangers anyone.
  • Deceives people, such as scams or false claims about your products.

Follow the rules of each platform

Every social platform you connect has its own rules. When you publish through Postd, you also agree to follow those rules. Breaking them can lead the platform to remove your posts or limit your account, which is outside our control.

No spam or misleading posts

Postd is for sharing real updates from your business. Do not use it to send bulk unwanted messages, to mislead people, or to artificially inflate engagement. Keep your posts genuine and relevant to your audience.

Do not misuse the service

To keep Postd safe and reliable for everyone, do not:

  • Try to break, overload, or get around our security.
  • Access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code.

What happens if these rules are broken

If content or activity breaks this policy, we may remove it, pause publishing, or close the account. For serious or repeated problems, we may act without notice. We will use good judgment and aim to be fair.

Reporting a problem

If you see something on Postd that breaks these rules, please tell us at info@postd.app. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
