Using Postd
Do I need to be a marketer to use Postd?
Not at all. Postd is built for busy owners, not marketers. We do the writing and the planning. You just look things over and approve, which is really the whole job.
Where does my content come from?
Your own website. Postd reads it to build your Brand Guide: your voice, your audience, your services, offers, and photos. Then it writes each week of posts from it, and you will always see everything before it goes live.
Which platforms can I connect and post to?
Lots of them. Postd publishes to 14 platforms, so you can show up wherever your customers already are. Connect the ones that matter to you, and post to one or many at the same time.
Will my posts actually sound like my business?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Postd writes from your Brand Guide, so posts use your words, your services, and your tone, never generic filler. Tweak anything that is not quite right, and the more you use Postd, the more it sounds like you.
How much time does this really take?
Just a few minutes a week. Your set lands ready to review, you give it a quick look and approve, and Postd takes care of the publishing from there.

How the posts work
Will every post look the same across platforms?
Nope. Postd tailors each caption to where it is going, within each platform’s style and limits, so your LinkedIn post does not read like your Instagram caption or your Google Business update.
Can I edit posts before they publish?
Absolutely. Change a caption, swap an image, or move the timing for any platform you like. Nothing ever posts without your okay.
When do my posts go out?
Whenever works for you. Pick the day and time yourself, or let Postd schedule around each platform’s stronger times. It all lives on one simple calendar, and you can drag any post to a new slot.
Can I plan around a sale or a launch?
Yes, and it is one of the nicest parts. Tell Postd what you are promoting, whether it is a sale, a launch, a grand opening, or a weekly special, and it prepares a coordinated set of posts for you to review and schedule.
Can I see how my posts are doing?
You can. Postd shows simple, friendly analytics covering your reach, engagement, and what is landing, updated daily and tied back to the posts it made for you. No spreadsheets required.

Is there really a free way to try it?
Yes, truly. Your first content set is free to prepare, schedule, and publish during your 7-day free trial. You see real posts on your own brand before you pay a thing, and no credit card is needed to start.
How much does Postd cost?
One simple monthly plan with everything you need to stay consistent. Subscribe before your free trial ends and lock in early-bird pricing for as long as you keep your plan. Got more than one business or location? Add each one at a lower rate. Bigger brands and franchises can book a demo for volume pricing. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
Can I run more than one business or location?
Definitely. Each business or location you add gets its own Brand Guide, content, calendar, and analytics, all under one login, at the add-on rate on the pricing page. For each one, you connect a single page or profile per platform.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Move up or down whenever your needs change, and we will sort the difference on your next bill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, and there are no long contracts, ever. Cancel whenever you need, and you will keep access through the end of your billing period.
Is my information safe?
It is, and we take that seriously. Your information is encrypted in transit, connections use each platform’s secure sign-in (so we never see your social passwords), and we never sell your data.
