Terms of Service

Last updated June 23, 2026

These are the terms for using Postd. We have written them in plain language so you can actually read them. They cover your account, your content, billing, and what you can expect from us.

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Postd.app (“Postd,” “we,” or “us”) for using the Postd website and service. By creating an account or using Postd, you agree to them. If you are using Postd for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

Who can use Postd

You need to be at least 18 years old to use Postd. Postd is made for businesses and the people who run them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private, and let us know right away if you think someone else has gained access. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can have more than one business in Postd, and you are responsible for each one you manage.

What Postd does

Postd reads your website to learn your brand, prepares posts for you to review, and publishes the ones you approve to the accounts you connect. We also give you a calendar, a media library, and simple analytics. Nothing publishes until you approve it.

Your content and permissions

Your content is yours. This includes your brand details, the photos and videos you upload, and the posts you create or approve. To run the service, you give us permission to store your content, prepare it for posting, and publish the posts you approve to the accounts you connect. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we are required to keep for a short time by law or that remain in routine backups.

You confirm that you have the right to use the content you add to Postd, including any photos, logos, names, and offers, and that publishing it will not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

Draft content you review

Postd prepares draft posts to save you time. Drafts are a starting point, not finished work. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for the posts you approve, including that they are accurate and right for your business. We recommend reading each post before you approve it.

Connected accounts and platforms

Postd works with platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google. When you connect an account, you also agree to follow that platform’s own rules, and you confirm you are allowed to post to it.

Your use of each platform through Postd is subject to that platform’s terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the Pinterest developer and platform policies. Postd’s own use of these platforms follows the same policies. The platforms are separate companies, and we are not responsible for their decisions, such as removing a post or limiting an account. If a platform changes how it works, parts of Postd may change too.

Acceptable use

Please use Postd fairly and legally. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed. Breaking it can lead to your account being paused or closed.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

You can start free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. A few things to know:

  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
  • When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Monthly charges are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause publishing until it is sorted out. Your content stays safe.
  • If prices change, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies to your next billing period.

Prices do not include taxes, which may be added where required.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Postd running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available. We may add, change, or remove features as the product grows. If we make a change that meaningfully reduces what your plan includes, we will let you know.

Suspending or ending accounts

You can stop using Postd and delete your account whenever you like. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, puts others at risk, or is required to be closed by law. If we can, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

Disclaimers

Postd is provided as is. We cannot guarantee specific results, such as a certain amount of engagement, reach, or sales. We do our best to make Postd reliable and useful, but we provide it without warranties beyond those required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Postd is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

Your responsibility for claims

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you added or approved, or because you used Postd in a way that breaks these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use Postd after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas are the place for any disputes. If a dispute comes up, we hope to sort it out with you directly first, so please reach out.
